Hello, I’m Kamila!

A bilingual English & Polish Registered Nutritional Therapist, a fitness enthusiast & advocate.
My wellness journey started in my early twenties when I lost my period for almost two years. Despite eating “healthy” food my diet was low in key nutrients and combined with sustained stress it consequently led to hormonal imbalances as well as osteopenia, a precursor to osteoporosis. Only by optimising my diet and adopting some stress management techniques, did I manage to regain my bone density and hormonal health. This experience sparked my keen interest in nutrition and inspired me to deepen my understanding of the science behind the effects of food on wellbeing. That’s why I decided to study Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated in 2019 after intensive 3-year training and I’m now a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC).
